PROTECTIVE DNS ADDENDUM
Effective as of January 1, 2024 (Version Number: 45292)
All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the DAS Standard Incorporated Terms and Conditions.
Protective DNS – If the executed COF or Cybersecurity Bundled Package includes “Protective DNS” in any form, the following additional terms and conditions apply:
- Subject to and conditioned on Client’s payment of Fees and full compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, DAS grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Protective DNS HPSS designated by DAS, which includes Cisco Umbrella Software or similar Software (in which case, the terms of such similar Software’s end-user license agreements and terms and conditions shall apply).
- Payment. Password Manager are Services Billed in Arrears and subsequent MSC adjusted accordingly.
