Michelle has overall responsibility for leading all client-facing operations, including client success, product management, RCM, software and technology activities of the company.
Michelle previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Growth for UnitedHealthcare. In this role, she successfully transformed the Brazil insurance and care delivery growth agenda to exceed membership targets and meet the financial goals of the business. Prior to that, Michelle held the role of Senior Vice President of OptumRx Client Management where she led a team of more than 200 professionals. She was responsible for the strategic direction of the client management organization including the expansion of products and services. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Michelle spent almost a decade at Medco Health Solutions – now Express Scripts – including her last role as an Executive Director, and before that worked for ancillary benefit companies and financial organizations holding positions in general management, account management, compliance and operations.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from St. Cloud State University. She has served as the Zambia Liaison for the Board of Tiny Tim and Friends and Steven’s Square Foundation. In her free time, Michelle likes to exercise, watch her son play baseball, read, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends.
Tom comes to DAS Health with a track record of financial leadership success in the technology sector including multiple exit events. His experience includes a depth of experience in acquisitions, capital raising, financial reporting and strategy in the software, fintech, telecom and financial services sectors. Tom’s recent roles include serving as CFO of multiple private equity-backed technology businesses including SaaS banking fintech provider Payveris LLC prior to its acquisition by Paymentus [nyse: PAY] and of SaaS network automation software provider Itential, Inc.
His prior experience includes corporate development roles at public corporations in the telecom and media sectors, and as a principal at PTEK Ventures, the largest Southeast early-stage venture fund with notable investments including WebMD and WebEx. Over the span of his career he has also completed over 100 acquisition, growth capital, and venture investment transactions.
Tom holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Tulane University. He also holds multiple financial industry licenses including FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79. A resident of Atlanta, Tom spends his free time with his Tampa-native wife Michelle and their three teen-aged children. They enjoy travel, golf, exercise, boating & watersports, movies, live music and spending time with friends & family.
Kyle is a thought leader in the MSSA industry bringing over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Managed Services, PM/EHR solutions and Cloud Hosting. Kyle also brings deep experience in M&A activity having directly managed the technology integration aspects of over 20 transactions in the Healthcare Managed IT and Cybersecurity sector. Due to his deep experience in M&A activity, he is a sought-after vCIO advisor for healthcare organizations in rapid growth mode. He is skilled in guiding enterprise organizations through every phase of M&A with a repeatable and scalable process.
Prior to Joining DAS Health, Kyle served as a United State Marine and later with the National Security Agency (NSA) as a trained intelligence and cybersecurity leader. While in those roles, Kyle deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, and Djibouti as well as serving stateside at the NSA Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center and US PACOM. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, providing a deep understanding of human behavior and a unique perspective on how technology can drive better outcomes in the healthcare sector.
Kyle’s contributions to the local and broader Cybersecurity and Healthcare Technology community have been recognized in many ways. In 2017, Kyle was recognized by Florida Governor, Rick Scott for his business contributions to the greater Tampa Bay region. In 2018, he was selected to serve on the University of South Florida Cybersecurity for Executives Advisory Committee. Kyle is also a dedicated public servant with a deep commitment to serving his local community by joining organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, a Kids Place and many other local initiatives.
In his personal time, Kyle enjoys all that Florida offers, with his teenage son, ranging from Fishing, Boating, Hiking, Hunting and all things that brings them closer to nature. Kyle is also an avid traveler visiting nearly 30 other Nations.
As SVP of Business Solutions, Julianne Porter guides the DAS Health account management and product management teams in delivering exceptional customer care. In addition, Julianne oversees growth of sales initiatives while driving new client development. Julianne’s years of experience in client services lend themselves to her unique operational expertise and client knowledge – helping her team to fully assess and support each individual client with DAS’ expert level of care. Under her guidance, the client services and product management teams provide immediate support and guidance to our customers for the best possible client experience.
Before overseeing the client services and product management teams, Julianne also served as Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with DAS Health. In her role she supervised all members of the RCM department and optimizing revenue cycle design while identifying new improvements. She was responsible for doubling department revenue and maintaining an expense ratio far exceeding industry standards, all while decreasing average days in AR and improving the actual dollars collected for DAS clients. Additional roles include serving as a Region Account Manager, Account Manager and Billing Support with DAS Health where she supported team members while managing client relationships for business success.
Julianne received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa, her Graduate Certificate in Health Management and Leadership from the University of South Florida, and her MBA from Florida International University with a Specialization in Strategic Negotiations. She is a Certified Professional Coder and is an active member of the Junior League of Tampa where she has held numerous leadership positions and launched new events for the organization over the last eight years. Julianne sits on the Board of Directors as the Director of Programs for Tampa Bay Area Mothers of Multiples, a non-profit organization.
As Director of Human Resources, Emile Clifford brings an abundance of Human Resources management and employee health and welfare expertise to DAS Health. With a strong background in employee relations and healthcare recruiting, Emile will be leading a team striving to on-board and retain the best and brightest professionals the industry has to offer.
Prior to joining DAS Health, Emile spent 8 ½ years with ITelagen LLC (an acquired organization of DAS Health), managing Human Resources and special corporate projects. Early in her career, Emile was Director of Human Resources for one of Manhattan’s largest physician groups where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including employee health and welfare, employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, policy development, and the performance and appraisal process. She has also served on due diligence teams and has experience leading the employee transition during mergers and acquisitions.
Emile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University – The Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time her with husband and two daughters.
As Vice President of Integrated Healthcare Solutions, Cynthia oversees all Consulting Services, Reseller Applications, and Practice and Enterprise Support teams.
Prior to joining DAS Health, Cynthia was a partner of Itentive Healthcare Solutions (an acquired organization of DAS Health), where she acted as Vice President of Client Solutions, managing all aspects of consulting.
With more than 35 years of healthcare information technology experience, Cynthia Kincade has exactly what it takes to conceive, manage, and lead major healthcare information technology change initiatives. She provides the insight needed to help healthcare organizations thrive, no matter what the challenges they may be facing. Whether she’s leading a national strategic initiative or working one-to-one with an end-user, Cynthia leverages her knowledge of healthcare and information technology to bring considerable results.
As a strategic leader, she consults directly with account teams to develop innovative practice management and electronic health record workflow analyses, business process development and application procedures that maximize product utilization and return on investment.
The primary manager of DAS Health’s financial, administrative and human resources activities, Eric works across multiple departments to develop and enhance DAS’ operations. His oversight includes financial reporting and analysis, employee benefits and human resources, and internal policies & procedures. Eric works closely with DAS’ accounting, HR and administrative team members to enhance productivity and efficiency to better serve our clients.
Eric previously served as Director of Finance and as DAS Health’s Revenue Cycle Management Division Manager where he developed DAS’ RCM processes and team members for improved business operations. Prior to joining DAS Eric worked with a healthcare management service organization (MSO) as the Director of Provider Relations & Service Fund, supervising provider relations while analyzing revenues to maximize profits. Eric’s focus on effective and efficient operational processes coupled with over five years of experience in the healthcare industry helps DAS maintain its profitability while attracting and keeping great employees.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Eric earned his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He attended Bryant University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
Leading the Cybersecurity team, Michael relentlessly pursues the mission of protecting DAS Health and its clients from cyber-attacks and malicious actors. He guides the implementation and management of controls for a layered, defense-in-depth approach to protect assets, detect threats, audit, and incident response capability.
Michael is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity expert with more than 25 years of experience in the software, healthcare, and manufacturing verticals. The most recent 10 years of his career have been dedicated to the MSP space, culminating in the formation of the dedicated Cybersecurity Team.
He started his IT career with United Parcel Service. Michael also led the Systems Engineering team for Amicore, Inc., a company founded by Pfizer, Microsoft, and IBM. In that role, he spearheaded the deployment of technical infrastructure to support the implementation of their tablet pc based EHR.
