Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer will act as a customer-focused technical asset providing technical support and represent DAS Health in a professional and enterprise-level capacity. In addition, the individual will perform secondary technical tasks for all other MSP Zones including, but not limited to remote break-fix, asset management, technical solutions, and sales investigations.



Systems Administrator I

Under the general supervision of the MSP team Lead, the Systems Administrator I is responsible for providing proactive remote technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.  This role is DAS Health’s second line and is responsible for taking on escalations from the help desk as well as maintaining internal service boards.


Helpdesk IT Technician I

The Help Desk IT Technician I is responsible for providing remote technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The help desk is the front line and is responsible for solving basic technical problems.  The help desk’s objective is to quickly identify a customer’s issue and resolve basic desktop issues with that user.


Healthcare Account Manager II - Remote

The Healthcare Account Manager II is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. The role will serve as the client’s primary point of contact and will build strong relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Enterprise Sales Executive - Nationwide

As an Enterprise Sales Executive your primary responsibility will be driving growth by prospecting and selling DAS Health Solutions and Products to Enterprise level clients. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all matters within the sales process and key strategic Enterprise clients to include but not limited to, anticipating the client’s needs, ensure continued growth, provide creative solutions while ensuring success, and driving activity (internally & externally) towards a contract execution.


Technology Account Manager II - Remote

The Technology Account Manager II manages and grows a portfolio of client accounts and serves as the client’s primary point of contact. This role will exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, strong technical background, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive growth.


Systems Administrator II

The Systems Administrator II is responsible for providing on-site technical support to users in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. This role supports DAS Health’s level 2 security escalations from the help desk as well as maintaining internal service boards.


Enterprise Account Manager - Remote

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key enterprise-level clients. The primary focus of this role will be driving customer satisfaction, expanding account revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
