    David founded Doctors Administrative Solutions in 2003 with a passion for helping doctors remain the backbone of healthcare delivery. Today, as DAS Health, the organization has become a trusted advisor to clinicians, hospitals and health systems alike, as they navigate the ongoing changes in healthcare.

    David was named BizTech CEO of the Year in 2013, has previously been recognized as one of the 100 leading CEO’s in Tampa Bay, one of Tampa Bay’s “Movers & Shakers” by Business Leader Magazine, and was a finalist for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum Outstanding Leadership Award. 

    He held previous positions as CEO of a national legal services company, Group Vice President of a privately held billion-dollar global conglomerate, and was COO of one of the largest insurance companies in South Africa, among other leadership positions. Locally, David led a Tampa Bay coalition of political, healthcare, and other business leaders to win a multi-million dollar EHR software grant for Tampa Bay over 90 other communities. He is the founder of Dr-Connect, the Tampa Bay Health e-Connection, and was an early member of the Tampa Bay Regional Health Information Organization steering committee.

    He served on the board of Eckerd Youth Alternatives and the Advisory Board of Education Africa USA, alongside such notables as former UN Ambassador Andrew Young, and actively participates on a White House Advisory Board. David is an inactive member of the Illinois and Florida State Bars, having received his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent Law School and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. David has two college age daughters who keep him humble, and with whom he enjoys sharing his passion for travel.

    Serving as Chief Growth Officer, Chad is part of the executive leadership team shaping DAS Health's success. He oversees the channel management division, working toward realizing DAS' long-term business goals, delivering on revenue growth and continued success in the changing healthcare industry.

    Chad's past experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies, meeting and exceeding sales goals and delivering as a top performer while overseeing multiple sales regions. Serving as both a CEO and Vice President of past companies, Chad's involvement in business development, client relations and health information technology growth contributes to his success and qualified experience in the health IT industry.

    A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Chad has worked with start-up companies and EHR giants in his 17 years of experience to develop industry expertise and best practices implemented in his leadership today.

    Mallory Tai Taylor is the Vice President of DAS Health. As part of the executive leadership team, she manages the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan and long-range business initiatives. Identifying emerging trends and shifts in the sector, she engages with industry experts, business partners and stakeholders alike to position DAS for further diversification and advancement. Mallory oversees DAS' product management and marketing divisions, continually evolving DAS' services and client care.

    Mallory's noted achievements include leading DAS to a 99% successful Meaningful Use attestation rate for over 400 eligible physicians, spearheading a public-private partnership with a local college to provide “shovel ready” jobs in Health IT, frequently advising the White House Business Council and HHS, and leading the initiative that propelled DAS to achieve an objective customer score exceeding that of iconic service companies Apple, Southwest, and Google.

    Mallory's honors include recognition as a TBBJ Up & Comer in 2014 & 2016, TBBJ Business Woman of the Year finalist in 2015 & 2016, TBTF Young Professional of the Year in 2014, and TBTF Emerging Technology Leader of the Year finalist in 2016.

    Before joining DAS, Mallory's background includes a career in sports marketing and an extensive background in corporate real estate where she rose to the position of COO of a local development company. She attended Louisiana State University, were she double-majored in political science and marketing.

    Clay oversees the success of the RCM billing team, ensuring the highest level of billing support and customer care. He works to continue the RCM teams development, cultivating client relationships and value added solutions for a better experience.

    Bringing a background in financial management and RCM services to the DAS Health team, Clay previously managing a large RCM department supporting an annual net revenue in excess of 250 million dollars for over 100 physicians. His multifaceted background includes owning his own mortgage brokerage firm, and holding multiple leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Patient Financial Services.

    Clay earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Elon University and holds a master's certificate in healthcare corporate compliance from George Washing University. He currently serves as a board member for the Children's Cancer Center, a non-profit dedicated to serving families of children who have cancer or chronic blood disorders.

    As Director of Support for DAS Health, Kyle Mynatt has directed all efforts surrounding client support and satisfaction since assuming his role. His efforts include the implementation of key support metrics that far surpass any in the industry, including over 80% same-day call resolution, the design and management of custom database reporting solutions from SQL, and the installation of a near real-time Disaster Recovery (DR) system, all to the clients’ benefit. Kyle leads his team through real time host environment and error log monitoring, which translates to maximum server uptime and performance for DAS clients. Kyle has overseen hundreds of full PM and EHR conversions, and the implementation of virtual training environments as well.

    Kyle brought to DAS over 10 years of technical experience, including active duty in the Marines where he worked with the National Security Agency in counter intelligence. He was trained in multidiscipline intelligence collection and operations, and became skilled in troubleshooting computer hardware and network issues. Kyle received top security clearance with the military as a result of his job function and skill, and once visited 4 continents in 36 hours on his way to serve in Iraq.

    Kyle earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Kyle, his wife and their son live just outside of Bradenton, Florida, and can be found most weekends enjoying time on the water in their fishing boat.

  • Glenn C. Taylor

    Medco Health Systems

    Glenn C. Taylor, is Group President, Key Accounts, where he is responsible for over half of the Fortune 50 company's $50 billion in annual revenue.

    He formerly served as Senior Vice President, Account Management, and President of the Company's UnitedHealth Group Division, among other positions. Mr. Taylor held previous positions as Executive Vice President for Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital in Chicago, and Group Vice President for Baxter Healthcare / American Hospital Supply.

    He has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from St. Olaf College and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School.

  • Marc Blumenthal

    Marc Blumenthal is the CEO of Intelladon, a Tampa-based producer of advanced electronic courseware and learning management solutions.

    He was one of the original founders and still a key investor in Tribridge Software. Marc was founder and former CEO of Progressive Business Solutions, which he grew from start-up mode to a leading computer systems integrator producing nearly $20-million in corporate revenue, before selling to ePartners. Prior to establishing Progressive, Marc worked in IBM’s National Accounts Division. Marc currently serves on the Board of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and Metropolitan Ministries.

    He has his BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.

  • Craig Brooks

    Craig Brooks is the managing partner of Royal Vista Capital, a venture capital firm focusing on early stage ventures.

    Previously, he held numerous positions with Amgen, one of the world's leading biotechnology firms, including heading up the Global Marketing organization, as General Manager for Asia Pacific and Latin America, and as Vice President of U.S. Marketing before that. Previously, Mr. Brooks worked at American Hospital Supply in a variety of sales and management positions and at Proctor and Gamble in the field sales organization.

    Mr. Brooks received a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from Harvard.
