    David Schlaifer is the founder, President & CEO of DAS Health (DAS), a healthcare technology and services firm that for nearly 20 years has become a trusted advisor for nearly 2,000 healthcare clients, providing services to over 30,000 users and over 15 million patients nationwide.

    DAS has been recognized as one of the elite 4% of the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing privately held companies in the country, having made the list for eight of the past ninve years as one of the top healthcare companies, is one of only two companies that have been ranked among Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies for nine consecutive years, and was recognized as one of the “Florida Companies to Watch”. DAS has also been recognized as the Top Technology Company in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, won Florida’s Excellence in IT Leadership award and Tampa Bay’s Best Places to Work for several years, among numerous other awards and recognitions.

    Mr. Schlaifer was previously named BizTech CEO of the Year, has been recognized as one of the 100 leading CEO’s in Tampa Bay, one of Tampa Bay’s “Movers & Shakers” by Business Leader Magazine, and was a finalist for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum Outstanding Leadership Award. He held previous positions as CEO of a national legal services company, Group Vice President of a privately held billion-dollar global conglomerate, and was COO of one of the largest insurance companies in South Africa, as well as having held other leadership positions in the US and abroad.

    David has two grown daughters. He serves on the board of Gracepoint Wellness Center, a non-profit behavioral health system that provides comprehensive behavioral health care for nearly 300,000 people annually who suffer from mental illness, substance abuse, addiction or co-occurring disorders. In addition, he has actively served on committees and boards for A Kids Place and Eckerd Youth Alternatives and was a member of the Founding Board of Education Africa USA (alongside such notables as former UN Ambassador Andrew Young). He participated on a White House Advisory Board, and currently serves on several other corporate Boards of Directors. David received his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent Law School and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.

    Michelle has overall responsibility for leading all client facing operations, including client success, product management, RCM, software and technology activities of the company.

    Michelle previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Growth for UnitedHealthcare. In this role, she successfully transformed the Brazil insurance and care delivery growth agenda to exceed membership targets and meet the financial goals of the business. Prior to that, Michelle held the role of Senior Vice President of OptumRx Client Management where she led a team of more than 200 professionals. She was responsible for the strategic direction of the client management organization including the expansion of products and services. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Michelle spent almost a decade at Medco Health Solutions – now Express Scripts – including her last role as an Executive Director, and before that worked for ancillary benefit companies and financial organizations holding positions in general management, account management, compliance and operations.

    Michelle has a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Speech Communications from St. Cloud State University. She has served as the Zambia Liaison for the Board of Tiny Tim and Friends and Steven’s Square Foundation. In her free time, Michelle likes to exercise, watch her son (12) play baseball, read, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends.

    Joe has overall responsibility for leading the financial, human resources and administrative activities of the company.

    Joe previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Encompass Onsite, where he led the team thru a period of rapid growth via acquisitions and new customer onboarding, while making improvements to the financial infrastructure of the business. Prior to that, Joe held previous positions in the healthcare industry as CFO with Private Equity backed companies, in each case successfully driving business improvement and integrating acquisitions, helping to create rapid growth, profitability and success.

    Joe is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he earned both his master’s in business administration, as well as his bachelor of science degree in finance. Joe and his wife live in Hillsboro Beach, Florida and have two children currently attending college. In his spare time, you will find Joe playing soccer, exercising, relaxing on the beach, or boating with family and friends.

    As Vice President of Technology Solutions for DAS Health, Kyle Mynatt directs DAS' efforts surrounding client support and satisfaction in the technology realm. His efforts include the implementation of key support metrics that far surpass any in the industry, including over 80% same-day call resolution, the design and management of custom database reporting solutions from SQL, and the installation of a near real-time Disaster Recovery (DR) system, all to the clients’ benefit. Kyle leads the support, cloud hosting, managed IT services and integrations teams through real time host environment and error log monitoring, which translates to maximum server uptime and performance for DAS clients. Kyle has overseen hundreds of full PM and EHR conversions, as well as the implementation of virtual training environments.

    Kyle brought to DAS over 10 years of technical experience, including active duty in the Marines where he worked with the National Security Agency in counter intelligence. He was trained in multidiscipline intelligence collection and operations, and became skilled in troubleshooting computer hardware and network issues. Kyle received top security clearance with the military as a result of his job function and skill, and once visited 4 continents in 36 hours on his way to serve in Iraq.

    Kyle earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Kyle, his wife and their son live just outside of Bradenton, Florida, and can be found most weekends enjoying time on the water in their fishing boat.

    As Vice President of Client Success, Julianne Porter guides the DAS Health account management and product management teams in delivering exceptional customer care. In addition, Julianne oversees growth of sales initiatives while driving new client development. Most recently serving as Director of Client Success, Julianne's years of experience in client services lend themselves to her unique operational expertise and client knowledge - helping her team to fully assess and support each individual client with DAS' expert level of care. Under her guidance, the client services and product management teams provide immediate support and guidance to our customers for the best possible client experience.

    Before overseeing the client services and product management teams, Julianne also served as Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with DAS Health. In her role she supervised all members of the RCM department and optimizing revenue cycle design while identifying new improvements. She was responsible for doubling department revenue and maintaining an expense ratio far exceeding industry standards, all while decreasing average days in AR and improving the actual dollars collected for DAS clients. Additional roles include serving as a Region Account Manager, Account Manager and Billing Support with DAS Health where she supported team members while managing client relationships for business success.

    Julianne received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa and her graduate certificate in health management and leadership from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Professional Coder and is an active member of the Junior League of Tampa where she has held numerous leadership positions and launched new events for the organization over the last five years.

    The primary manager of DAS Health's financial, administrative and human resources activities, Eric works across multiple departments to develop and enhance DAS' operations. His oversight includes financial reporting and analysis, employee benefits and human resources, and internal policies & procedures. Eric works closely with DAS' accounting, HR and administrative team members to enhance productivity and efficiency to better serve our clients.

    Eric previously served as Director of Finance and as DAS Health’s Revenue Cycle Management Division Manager where he developed DAS’ RCM processes and team members for improved business operations. Prior to joining DAS Eric worked with a healthcare management service organization (MSO) as the Director of Provider Relations & Service Fund, supervising provider relations while analyzing revenues to maximize profits. Eric’s focus on effective and efficient operational processes coupled with over five years of experience in the healthcare industry helps DAS maintain its profitability while attracting and keeping great employees.

    A graduate of the University of South Florida, Eric earned his master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance. He attended Bryant University for his bachelors of science degree in business administration and accounting.

    Richard Bandoy brings over 15+ years of Network Support, Quality Assurance and Help Desk Management experience to DAS Health. He oversees Shared Services at DAS Health which includes Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence and DAS’ SalesForce solution.

    Prior to joining DAS Health, Richard served as Vice President of Healthcare Technology at ITelagen (an acquired organization of DAS Health), where his primary focus was ensuring operational teams were operating successfully and efficiently while providing white-glove service to the client base. Before ITelagen, Richard was the Network Director for Open Solutions where his primary focus was the network infrastructure support for Financial Institutions where data privacy was a paramount focus. He served in senior technology positions at companies such as Vonage and Fine Point Technologies where he setup and managed quality assurance labs and processes in support of large clients such as Verizon and AOL. Richard served as an advisor to ITelagen’s Board of Directors.

    In his spare time, you will find Richard and his wife watching their son (7) playing soccer, baseball and football and their daughter (11) playing soccer, softball and basketball. He loves to compete in Ironman Triathlons and is an avid golfer.

    As Director of Human Resources, Emile Clifford brings an abundance of Human Resources management and employee health and welfare expertise to DAS Health. With a strong background in employee relations and healthcare recruiting, Emile will be leading a team striving to on-board and retain the best and brightest professionals the industry has to offer.

    Prior to joining DAS Health, Emile spent 8 ½ years with ITelagen LLC (an acquired organization of DAS Health), managing Human Resources and special corporate projects. Early in her career, Emile was Director of Human Resources for one of Manhattan’s largest physician groups where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including employee health and welfare, employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, policy development and the performance and appraisal process. She has also served on due diligence teams and has experience leading the employee transition during mergers and acquisitions.

    Emile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University – The Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time her with husband and two daughters.

    Chairman

    Jonathan founded Sheridan Capital Partners in 2012. He has spent his entire career working with growth-oriented companies in the lower middle market. Prior to joining Sheridan, Jonathan was at PNC Equity Partners in Pittsburgh, where he sourced, led, executed and managed private equity investments in the healthcare, consumer and specialty distribution sectors. Previously, Jonathan spent time at William Blair Capital Partners and Lake Capital in Chicago, where he focused on technology-enabled business services and niche manufacturers in various sectors. Jonathan began his career at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a Charlotte-based investment bank focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions.

    Jonathan earned a BA with honors in English, French, and philosophy from Furman University where he was a Fulbright Scholar and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an MBA Fellow with the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship.

  • Christopher S. McCrory

    Chris is a Principal at Sheridan Capital Partners. Prior to joining Sheridan, Chris worked at 50 South Capital, where he led the firm’s U.S. buyout co-investment strategy. Prior to 50 South Capital, Chris worked at Pamlico Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, where he invested in the healthcare space through buyout and growth equity transactions and assisted in portfolio management. Chris began his career at McColl Partners (now Deloitte Corporate Finance), where he worked as an Analyst.

    Chris earned a BSBA with Highest Distinction from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

  • Sean M. Dempsey

    Sean is a Partner at Sheridan Capital Partners. Prior to joining Sheridan, Sean was at Kinderhook Industries, a lower middle market private equity firm, where he sourced, led, executed and managed investments in the healthcare, business services, and consumer sectors. Previously, Sean worked as a Senior Analyst at Glenview Capital Management, a long-short hedge fund, where he focused on publicly traded companies in the business services sector. Sean began his career in the Healthcare Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Sean earned an AB with honors in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and received his MBA with honors in Healthcare Management and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Jeff Wood

    Director

    Jeff is an Executive Advisor at Sheridan Capital Partners. He has led product management, strategy, and marketing through multiple successful investor exits. He has developed and launched numerous new software/SaaS products, and currently consults with growth-stage companies.

    Most recently Jeff led marketing and product management to reinvigorate growth at Roper Technologies' portfolio companies, CBORD and Horizon Software. He ran product management at Navicure (now Waystar) until the company was successfully sold to Bain Capital. Prior to Navicure, Jeff was with MedAssets (now nThrive) as Vice President of Product Strategy and Planning and was previously in Corporate Development identifying and closing acquisitions.

    Jeff earned an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Top Academic Achievement. He has a BBA with High Honors in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.

    Glenn C. Taylor is a retired healthcare executive who serves on a number of healthcare and other Boards. Before Retirement, he was most recently Group President, Key Accounts, for Medco Health Systems, where he was responsible for over half of the Fortune 50 company's $50 billion in annual revenue.

    Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Account Management, and President of the Company's UnitedHealth Group Division, among other positions. Mr. Taylor held previous positions as Executive Vice President for Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital in Chicago, and Group Vice President for Baxter Healthcare / American Hospital Supply.

    He has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from St. Olaf College and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School.
