Bay Area Company Recognized for Excellence in IT Leadership

(Tampa, FL) October 1, 2008 –Doctors’ Administrative Solutions, LLC (DAS) has been recognized
for its outstanding work in the Tampa Bay area as a finalist for the Excellence in IT Leadership Award
by ITFlorida. This award recognizes outstanding businesses and initiatives for exceptional leadership
in furthering the use of technology to promote economic, social or technological development in the
state of Florida.

DAS provides people-based technology solutions for physician practices through products, services
and the creation of a connected healthcare community. Implementing technology in a way never
before done, DAS is actively working to improve the epidemic of administrative healthcare errors by
establishing a connected healthcare community in the Tampa Bay area. Over five million patient

This endeavor was kick-started months ago with a $3 million software grant which DAS secured on

politicians from both sides of the aisle, high profile community business leaders, hospitals, labs,
