DAS Selected to be on White House Business Panel

Doctors Administrative Solutions (DAS) announced that CEO, David Schlaifer and Marketing Director, Mallory Tai Taylor were selected to participate in the White House Business Council’s Business Leaders Briefing on November 29, 2012.

The intimate roundtable discussion saw contributions from small business leaders and White House advisors and directors including Valerie Jarrett, senior advisor to the president, Alan Krueger, Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors, as well as directors from the Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The briefing was focused on the President’s agenda and budget framework with an emphasis on the impending fiscal cliff as well as job creation, economic competitiveness and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

“As a small business owner, I recognize the importance of finding a solution to the ‘fiscal cliff’, but I also see an opportunity for our country to come out of this as a winner instead of just being stuck with the lesser of two evils,” says DAS CEO David Schlaifer. “I look forward to working with the White House and Business Forward to make sure that the independent physicians are not forgotten or left on the cutting room floor in the process of finding a resolution.”
