This role will provide guidance, training and support to team members to ensure excellent client service is delivered. The Consulting Operations Manager focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the consulting team, ensuring project and resource management efficiency, team performance, and effective collaboration with other departments.

The Enterprise Sales Leader (FLSA exempt role) is responsible for the overall sales strategy, leading high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve company growth objectives. The Enterprise Sales Leader will maintain and strengthen executive-level relationships, ensure prospect and company goals are met, and manage risks associated with potential net new client accounts. Key responsibilities include performance tracking, reporting, training, and onboarding of new team members, all while fostering long-term relationships with enterprise-level prospects.
