WORKFORCE PRODUCTIVITY ANALYTICS ADDENDUM

Effective as of January 1, 2024 (Version Number: 45292)

All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the DAS Standard Incorporated Terms and Conditions.

Workforce Productivity Analytics – If the executed COF or Cybersecurity Bundled Package includes “Workforce Productivity Analytics” in any form, the following additional terms and conditions apply:  

1. DAS grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Workforce Productivity Analytics HPSS designated by DAS, which includes Birch Grove Software, Inc. dba ActivTrak or similar Software (in which case, the terms of such similar Software’s end-user license agreements and terms and conditions shall apply).  
2. Payment. Workforce Productivity Analytics are Services Billed in Arrears and subsequent MSC will be adjusted accordingly.
